In 2020, the world was shaken by Covid, and we were not spared. When our hospitality business was shut down, we needed to find a sustainable source of income for ourselves and our team. This led to the creation of Indicare, our Covid baby, which manufactured masks and PPE kits that are 100% made in India.

During this chaotic time, people were risking their lives and lining up outside our factory. Hospitals were constantly calling us, requesting more products. To make our products more accessible, we went online and started selling on marketplaces. Our team worked tirelessly in 24 X 7 shifts. By the time the second wave hit, we realized that there was a significant gap in the healthcare textile market in India. To meet the increasing demand, we expanded our product line to include gowns, disposables, caps, and medical apparels such as scrubs and patient dresses.

Gradually, medical professionals started approaching us directly to purchase our scrubs. Being deeply involved in the healthcare sector, we were horrified to see the low quality of scrubs that our medical warriors had to wear for hours. After extensive brainstorming and identifying the pain points of healthcare professionals, we launched the D2C Scrubs brand under Indicare.

Currently, we deliver our products across India both offline and online. Our goal is to provide curated, high-quality products and continue to grow, creating more employment opportunities across India.
